Our off-site server administration will start with our Free Network Evaluation Analyzing.

- server setup and configuration
- reviewing protocols and binding orders
- checking DNS configuration
- check for current patches and updates
- reviewing folder and file level security
- analyzing backup plan and strategy

Next we will come out and setup remote monitoring and implement any changes that need to be made to the server and network.

Our monitoring and maintenance will consist of:

- Weekly reviews of the system logs including troubleshooting and resolution of system events.

- Weekly network traffic and Server resources

- Create and managing system resources like: GPO (Group Policy Objects), user accounts, directory access permission, and email accounts

- Monthly reports and emergency notification of significant system events
